The French Lick Villas Association takes the health of our patrons seriously and have taken the following steps to assist with reducing the spread of the COVID-19:
1. Frequent cleaning of areas that may be touched by anyone.
2. The installation of barriers in the front office to protect contamination from both guests/owners.
3. The advertising book will no longer be given to guests until further notice.
4. All keys are directly placed into a cleaning solution by the guest where they will remain until sanitized.
5. Only 1 person per vehicle will be allowed in the front lobby.
6. No one under the age of 18 will be allowed in lobby.
7. We will be able to check in our more vulnerable guest from their vehicles when requested.
8. Only 4 guest will be allowed in lobby at one time; to be placed at least 6 ft apart.
9. Additional hand sanitizer stations have been hung where they will be easily accessible to guest.
10. All employees will have their temperature taken prior to being allowed to remain at work. Any employee exhibiting symptoms will not be able to return to work for at least 14 days.
11. All employees are provided masks and gloves while on the property.
12. Each unit will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each guest.
This is not the complete lists of precautions to ensure that your vacation is both safe and enjoyable when you arrive. Rest assured that the Villas will continue to work diligently on implementing ways to continue to keep everyone safe!
